Return policy

At Passics, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your experience remains positive and secure.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.

  • Final sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and customized products are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us by email to request a return authorization. Include the following in your message:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • Clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect

3. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Please do not return any items without prior contact, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed and offer a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
